Official Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotional competition ("Giveaway") is organised and administered by Triforge Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("the Promoter").

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway opens on the date of publication and closes at 23:59 SAST on 31 August 2026.

The winner will be selected by random draw and announced on 1 September 2026.

Late entries will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to all residents of South Africa.

Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

The following persons are not eligible:

• Directors of Triforge Solutions (Pty) Ltd
• Employees of Triforge Solutions (Pty) Ltd
• Immediate family members of directors or employees
• Anyone directly involved in administering the Giveaway

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is required to enter.

Anyone may enter free of charge by:

• Liking the official Giveaway post; and
• Following the entry instructions contained within the promotional post.

Every eligible participant who completes these steps receives one (1) entry.

5. Bonus Entries

Participants may increase their chances of winning by making purchases on the Triforge Solutions website.

Every R100 spent (excluding shipping charges) earns one (1) additional entry.

Examples:

Only fully paid and completed purchases qualify.

Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or reversed transactions do not qualify.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

XPG PRIMER RGB Gaming Mouse

The prize:

• is not exchangeable for cash.
• is not transferable.
• may not be substituted except where necessary.

Should the advertised prize become unavailable, Triforge Solutions reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen completely at random using all valid entries received before the closing date.

The Promoter's decision shall be final.

No correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the details or social media account used to enter.

If the winner:

• cannot be contacted.
• fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days.
• refuses the prize; or
• is found to be ineligible,

the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner through a further random draw.

9. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable proof of identity and eligibility before awarding the prize.

Failure to provide such information may result in disqualification.

10. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Triforge Solutions permission to publish:

• First name
• Surname initial
• Town or City
• Prize photographs

for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

11. Fraud Prevention

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• uses automated entries.
• creates multiple fake accounts.
• submits misleading information.
• tampers with the Giveaway process.
• manipulates purchases to obtain unfair entries.
• attempts to interfere with the fairness of the Giveaway.

Any fraudulent activity may result in permanent exclusion from future promotions.

12. Social Media Conduct

Participants must not:

• post offensive material.
• harass other entrants.
• publish defamatory content.
• impersonate another person.
• misuse the Giveaway for spam or advertising.

The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify participants whose conduct brings the Giveaway or Triforge Solutions into disrepute.

13. Shipping of Prize

The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize within South Africa.

Should the winner provide an incorrect delivery address or fail to accept delivery within a reasonable period, the Promoter shall not be responsible for any resulting loss.

The Promoter reserves the right to require collection of the prize where delivery is impractical.

The prize carries only the manufacturer's warranty (if applicable).

14. Privacy (POPIA)

Triforge Solutions (Pty) Ltd respects your privacy.

Personal information collected during this Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.

Your information will be handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triforge Solutions (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees and representatives shall not be liable for:

• technical failures.
• internet outages.
• website interruptions.
• courier delays.
• lost entries.
• incorrect information submitted by entrants.
• system errors.
• data loss.
• theft or damage after delivery of the prize.
• events beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing contained herein limits any rights afforded under applicable South African law.

16. Force Majeure

The Promoter shall not be liable for delays, suspension or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters.
• fire.
• floods.
• civil unrest.
• strikes.
• pandemics.
• government action.
• cyber-attacks.
• power failures.
• telecommunications failures.

The Giveaway may be amended, suspended, or cancelled where necessary.

17. Consumer Protection Act

This Giveaway is conducted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or remove any rights granted to consumers under South African law.

18. Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise regarding this Giveaway, participants agree to first notify Triforge Solutions (Pty) Ltd in writing via:

triforgesolutions@outlook.com

The parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably within 30 calendar days.

If no resolution is reached, either party may pursue any remedies available under South African law.

19. Amendment or Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• amend these Terms.
• postpone the Giveaway.
• suspend the Giveaway.
• cancel the Giveaway,

where necessary or required by law.

Any amendments will be published on the Promoter's website or official social media pages.

20. Audit and Record Keeping

The Promoter will maintain reasonable records of:

• eligible entries.
• qualifying purchases.
• the random selection process.
• winner verification.

These records may be retained for legal and regulatory purposes.

21. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with:

• Facebook
• Instagram
• Meta Platforms
• TikTok
• X (formerly Twitter)
• XPG
• ADATA

unless expressly stated otherwise.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the authority of the South African courts.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Promoter and participants relating to this Giveaway.

No verbal statement, advertisement or representation shall override these Terms unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Triforge Solutions (Pty) Ltd.

25. Acceptance

By entering this Giveaway, participants confirm that they:

• have read these Terms and Conditions.
• understand their rights and obligations.
• agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
