Shipping & Delivery Policy

In compliance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA)

Thank you for shopping at Triforge Solutions (Pty) Ltd. We are committed to delivering your order securely and efficiently across South Africa. This Shipping Policy governs the terms and conditions regarding the fulfillment, dispatch, and delivery of your purchased items.

1. Delivery Rates & Destinations

We ship to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.

  • Courier Delivery: We utilize reputable local third-party courier services to deliver straight to your door (residential or business addresses).

  • P.O. Boxes: Due to courier restrictions and security regulations, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Postnet Suites. A valid physical street address must be provided during checkout.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery zone (Major Centers vs. Outlying/Regional Areas) and the volumetric weight of your order.

2. Processing and Lead Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays).

  • Dispatch Window: Once payment reflects and clears in our account (which may take 1–3 business days for standard EFTs), your order will typically be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, depending on stock availability.

  • Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

    • Major Metropolitan Centers (e.g., Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2 to 4 business days from dispatch.

    • Regional & Outlying Areas: 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.

3. Section 46 of ECTA Compliance (Max 30-Day Delivery)

In accordance with Section 46 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA):

If Triforge Solutions is unable to execute your order within the maximum legal period of thirty (30) days from the date payment was received, we will notify you immediately. You maintain the absolute legal right to cancel the agreement with immediate effect and receive a full, structural refund within 30 days of cancellation.

4. Risk, Ownership, and Delivery Acceptance

Pursuant to the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

  • Transfer of Risk: The risk of damage, destruction, or theft of the goods remains entirely with Triforge Solutions until the package is physically delivered to you or your designated representative at the specified shipping address.

  • Signing for Delivery: Upon delivery, you or an authorized individual over the age of 18 must sign the courier’s waybill. A signed waybill constitutes confirmation that the package was received in good, uncompromised external physical condition.

  • Inspection Upon Receipt: We strongly recommend inspecting the outer packaging before signing. If the box is visibly crushed, torn, or tampered with, please state "Damaged Box" on the waybill or refuse the delivery, and contact us immediately.

5. Delivery Failures & Re-routing

Our third-party couriers will make up to two (2) attempts to deliver your package to the address provided during business hours (08:00 to 17:00).

  • Incorrect Address / Unavailability: If the courier is unable to complete the delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or because no one was available to receive the package after reasonable attempts, the goods may be returned to our warehouse.

  • Additional Charges: Triforge Solutions reserves the right to charge the customer a formal re-delivery fee if a shipment must be dispatched a second time due to customer unavailability or faulty address details.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can monitor your package's transit status in real-time.
